Coming from a doctors office who did everything to make sure I felt like a valued patient then moving here was not good. Dr Awwad came in and barley acknowledged my husband and I. I felt uncomfortable and it was nothing like I expected as a first time mom coming to her first prenatal appointment. The questions I asked were brushed over and I was given readings for them. I was not scheduled for an ultrasound on my first visit even though I was told it was going to be my first prenatal appointment which I assumed has an ultrasound. It was made very clear that I was being squeezed in. My ultrasound was over the stomach and not internal like every other person I know receiving their first ultrasound. I also was not offered to hear the heartbeat and only saw it on the monitor. I received a call 2 business days later stating I got a culture and my very negative (negative emotion wise) test result was I when I never received a culture or was even verbally told that my urine test (which I only gave to confirm pregnancy) was being performed. So now I’m getting it elsewhere. Overall I decided the 45 minute drive to my previous OB is completely worth it. Even though everything done will have to be redone and I’ll have to pay out of pocket for it.

Dr. Awwad is awesome. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable. Made the delivery process seamless and listened to complaints and my needs. Would recommend her for all gyn/obgyn needs.

Dr. Awwad is an AMAZING physician. Honestly cares about how im feeling and wanting to help me get better. I don't feel like just another number being pushed along. Professional, great staff as well. You won't be disappointed. I would/do recommend to anyone looking for a GYN :)

I moved to spring hill at 38 weeks pregnant and everyone I asked recommended me bayfront. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr Awwad received me on a Monday (she doesn’t take appointments on mondays ) and 2 days later I went into labor. The staff is fantastic especially our nurses Julie, Magdalena and Bogie. Also the doctor doing the stitches is great, he did an awesome job. the anesthesiologist Maria was very good and quick since I had to get the emergency c-section, and stayed w me explaining the whole time and taking photos and videos for me. Dr Awwad was quick and effective during the operation, the baby was out in just a few minutes, experience shows...at bayfront They made me feel like a family. Also kudos to the housekeeping Lucy The rooms are quite large and everything was impecable. I’m definitely coming back for my second baby. ️

The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I love that when I have called with questions the nurses respond quickly. I've never had to leave a message or wait on a response. As a high risk pregnancy I am being followed by this office as well as my High Risk they sent me to (which is also an amazing office). I have seen Dr.Awad,Mallick and NP Lisa all three are great, always answer all.my questions, they give me great information. As a first time mom you never know what to expect, this office makes you feel welcomed from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. Thank you ladies for making my experience at your office a great one.
