I love Best Buy. The people are courteous and they typically have what you're looking for. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that they're pricey and had rather a limited inventory of 2 of the things I was there to buy. Nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and the location was clean and organized.

Really helpful staff. They recognize that “lost in the woods look” and are eager to help you find what you’re looking for and get you the best deals.
They didn’t answer their phone. I was on the line for 15 min before my impatience took over. I wanted to confirm that pick up was available until 8 pm. Anyways I took the risk and drove over (45 min) got here at 7:30 James was already attending someone outside so it was pretty quick he looked at his palm pilot and already knew my name and told me he’d be out with my item. 10 min passed I was waking my dog and he came out flustered saying the remote has been misplaced... wasn’t sure if he was gonna tell me to come back another day but to my surprise he offered me a brand new version of the tv. (I was buying an open box) AT THE SAME PRICE! Totally didn’t mind waiting the extra time. Brand new 32 inch hi sense smart tv for 110 Thank you James and Best Buy for the awesome service!

Got a Samson mic love it unfortunately i do not remember the name of the employee that assisted, outside his department no less. He answered everything and even googled to provide me additional support. My purchase was based on the wealth of knowledge he provided. Unsung Hero of Best Buy thank you.
John from the geek squad set up my new computer. Very knowledgeable and patient. Other employees very nice.
Wish we had one closer because having a TV shipped doesn't sound like a good idea. Once we got an associate he was very helpful.
