Ordered small assortment of roses for my wife on Valentine’s Day a week before at 8:30 Valentine’s night I received an email saying my roses had been delivered apparently to someone else because we looked everywhere no roses. Next day finally reached someone after noon and the employee was very disrespectful even told me to stop talking while he argued they had been delivered to my house describing a entrance way screened in front door and all. MY HOUSE HAS NO SCREENED IN ENTRANCES. NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND OR MY WIFE FLOWERS. GREAT BUSINESS

I would never order flowers from this business again. I ordered potted peace lilies for a friends funeral. I am so thankful I had the flowers delivered to my house the night before her funeral today because I would have been so embarrassed. My friends name was misspelled, the message was grammatically incorrect, and they misspelled the name of our cohort. The peace lilies weren't even blooming so basically I received a bush. I spent almost 80 and was completely disappointed. I had to run out this morning to find something respectful to bring to my friends funeral today. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE! Update: Called to ask for a refund but the owner was not in, received a call back while I was at the funeral. Will update on Monday.

I will never order from this place again. What are the basket for my mother for New Year’s Eve sent me an email that it was delivered called my mother instantly it was not delivered nothing there. Will you call the number you don’t even get an answer machine just rings and rings and rings. I’m going to dispute my payment on my card for this transaction.
