Tony and his crew are top notch and I would highly recommend them. I commissioned Tony Crosby to convert a 1940s Brunswick Centennial 10 foot snooker table to a pocket billiards table and restore it back to like new condition. It was a huge undertaking that took him and his group of skilled artisans 7 months to complete. Let me just say, he did an amazing job. He ended up converting the subrails to accept K55 artemis, ordered brand new slates, restoring the legs, polished all the metal work, and refinished the rosewood rails. For the installation, Tony and his crew drove from Florida to Texas (18 hours) and arrived ON TIME. They moved this monster of a table upstairs without damaging anything at the house. I was very impressed with Tony and his crew (Kip and Sean) - they have meticulous attention to detail and were not satisfied until the table was perfectly level and all the parts of the table were perfectly aligned. In fact, Tony and his crew worked from 9 am to 6 pm at my house to make sure the table was set up properly, even at one point taking the table apart completely because they were not satisfied with the shims on the slate (an extra 3 hours of work but well worth it). He did not charge an extra penny for his crew's extra efforts. The table looks incredible and is the best playing table I have ever played on. For these custom restorations, be flexible with your timeline and you will be handsomely rewarded. Tony is an honest guy who is great to work with. Sticks to his word and you can definitely trust him when it comes to pool tables.

I initially place my order for an 8' Diamond Pro Am table around 6/2019 and was told that it will take 8-12 weeks to get the table delivered. Something happened with the order and I didn't get the table until 11/2019. Not a big deal since I understand sometime things get delay. After having the table for a few months, I notice some issues with the table and reached out to Crosby to have them see if they can fix it. Communication was horrible and took forever as we were exchanging text messages over the phone. I initially reached out back around March/April time frame and the latest reply I received was that they are waiting to hear back from Diamond. This was on 5/15.

I purchased an 8' Brunswick pool table. Tony and Kip delivered and set it up for me. I cannot express how impressed I was with how they assembled and leveled this table, while ensuring it was placed in the optimum position for play. I'm a DIY kinda guy, but these guys educated me on proper billiards setup and there's just no way I could have come close to doing as good a job as they did! Well worth the coin to have it professionally installed by Crosby's!

Had such a great experience with Tony and his crew. I called Tony and told him what kind of table I had and what I wanted done to it. We discussed a plan and and a price and it was done to perfection. The two guys Tony sent out to replace the rails and cloth on my Valley table were funny and very professional at what they do.
