Called them when my unit started dripping, they came out the same day and took care of me quick. Instead of just charging me for a service call the tech told me it was a service that would have been included in my annual tune up. So he would just do the tune up for the same price. Then he explained what went wrong in a way I could understand, that way if it happened again I would know what to look for. I was so impressed with the service guy and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone I decided to go with the annual contract and get additional “tune-ups” at a discounted rate. It was my first experience with an AC company and I was definitely impressed and look forward to our future interactions.

I was told that my a/c part would be picked Monday morning and put in. I was NEVER informed that they had to drive down to Ybor because they could not get it locally as expected AND then be charged an extra 160 pick up fee because of their travel necessity. Not to mention hidden fees with different names on them to avoid the extra week-end cost stigma. So my warranty part ended up costing me almost 400 dollars and three separate fees. I feel like we were extorted to the max and I will not be using these people again or recommending them to anyone. The tech did a good job, but the fees are beyond reasonable by far.
