I ordered fruit and flowers for my mother’s birthday. Paid extra for same day delivery. A couple hours after I placed the order, I tracked it and it says “Out for Delivery.” It was never delivered. I call the next day and ask what happened. They said their truck broke down. Also said they called me but I never got a call. Anyways, they say they’re gonna deliver it today. I ask around what time because my parents are going out for dinner for mom’s birthday. They say it should be delivered a little after 2. 4 o’clock rolls around, still no delivery. My parents are leaving for dinner. I call and tell them to cancel and then all of a sudden they can skip all the other deliveries and head straight to my parents house. Too late. Should’ve accommodated me earlier considering my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday! No apologies, nothing. I’ll never order from them again.

The driver did everything I asked in my note for delivery. I was nervous to order with being all the way in alaska and this store made my mother very happy. She said everything came cold and tasted great.

Do not order from these people! I ordered an arrangement Friday morning at 9 am expecting it to be delivered sometime before edible arrangements closes (at 5pm) for my boss for her birthday. Well around 4 pm, still nothing was delivered no calls or emails so I contact the store, the lady told me that somehow the number I gave her was blocked and they didn’t know what time the office that I was having it delivered to closed.. so instead of emailing me (since apparently my phone number was blocked) or looking up when the office closes (business name & address was provided) they just decided to keep my money and not deliver the arrangement AND MAKE NO FURTHER EFFORT TO CONTACT ME. Mind you, the edible arrangement store is literally 5 minutes from the place of delivery. The lady that answered my call couldn’t have been any more ruder and basically told me there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, I still have the charge pending in my account after 4 days!!! They will take your money in a hurry but have no urgency to get your arrangement to the right place nor do they care about the happiness or satisfaction of their clients. I will never order from them again. SO DISAPPOINTED

Worst service ever! Worst attitude by customer service ever! Never again! No delivery, just excuses & lies - no one home, voice mail full, tag left on door - not one of these things were true. You don't call the purchaser & I don't see your email until the evening, so I leave a message & no one bothers to call me in the morning! Then you can't redeliver after a certain time when someone will be home? Then, you argue with me on the phone, then I say just cancel & you say you have to ask your manager? Why didn't you put manager on phone like I asked? How stupid is that exactly?

I placed an order online to be delivered as a Christmas gift to my grandma. She can not have chocolate and I made sure to put in the "delivery instructions" part of my order NO chocolate on any of the fruit (I ordered a cheesecake arrangement). I also didn't get a notice of when they delivered it due to their online system saying "order was still being processed". I called them after hours and left a voicemail and no return phone call from them the next day. I called the next day to try and talk to someone but no one picked up and was on hold for far too long. Luckily my grandma did receive her gift but she said there was chocolate on some of her food! I was very disappointed by that. I love ordering arrangements from edible arrangements and haven't had a bad experience until now. So annoying!

Wow, first time ordering here and it won't be the last! The woman who took my order was so very helpful and friendly. The order will be delivered tomorrow, so I can't comment on the product itself, but the completed orders in the case sure looked delicious. Very happy with everything!

Me and my son had a sudden craving for edible arrangements. When we went to the store it unfortunately was limited and online orders. Owner/manager went beyond the call of duty and accommodated us . We had a smoothie and chocolate covered strawberries. Delicious. Way better smoothies the the stores that specialize in them. We love this place .
