these guys are the best! Z goes out of his way to make you comfortable, most important their work is excellent at a great price. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my bikes and there is no one in the state as good. he spends all the time you need and treats everyone equally! It's a shame that some people the only time they write a review is with a bad experience, however never take the time to write a review for a good business! See for yourself. Great price great service!

Extreme Bicycles is only a couple of miles from my house, and I ride by every day when I go the the local bike trail. I Talked to "Z" on the phone about fitting my Trek as my hands were becoming numb after about 20 miles. He said to come on in and he would take a look at me on the bike and see if he thought fitting was in order. I rode right down and was there within 15 minutes. It is a small shop, and he had one other customer ahead of me. I waited for quites some time, and was eventually acknowledged by "Z". I wasn't in a hurry and I was looking at his merchandise, so I didn't mind waiting my turn. After about 10 minutes 4 other people rode up on their bikes and came in. All of a sudden "Z" wasn't too busy anymore and he stopped what he was doing to go out and take a look at one of the bikes. I didn't say a word to him. I just got on my bike and left. I won't be back - ever. I don't min waiting my turn, but I was treated rudely by "Z". If you want to go to a small shop, with little in the way of merchandise, one person behind the counter, wait for a long time, and then be ignored, then go ahead and visit "Z" at extreme bicycles. For me, I will go elsewhere - anywhere but to a rude shop with poor service.

Z is the best bike shop owner I've ever run across. If you want your local bike shop to be good friends, Extreme is the place for you.
