I made an appointment here because it was the only office accepting new patients during this difficult time and was seen by Barb and Bradley. I have to say that I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment I received from them and from the office staff. Everyone was kind and patient with me, they answered all of my questions and listened to every concern I had. They set me up to get the tests I need and put me back on a medication that I need. Thanks to them and this staff I can start to get my life back on track and for that I am truly, deeply grateful. I felt heard, comfortable, and respected from start to finish. I can’t speak for everyone there, but as far as I go and the folk that I dealt with, I’m happy to call them my primary physicians and will be coming back again. All of you were great, thank you!

Very bad experience they couldn't even help with my insurance and was sent away after hours of being of the phone with Medicare lol

It should be minus Stars! I see Dr Strobbe when he feels like being in the office.transferred to this Medical center when I moved to Spring Hill in 2019. I transferred from Tampa Family Heath. I never had go fight so hard just to get my prescriptions filled ,or a simple fax over an hour I had to call back. Every time I complain about anything the answer? Take Tylenol. For a torn rotator cuff?The icing on the cake? I had to apply twice and go thru everything again for an electric scooter,because the clinic failed to call in the results before the deadline. I have had enough. Shopping for a new Doctor. Don't think about coming here Run!!!

Dr Nicholas Strobbe at Gulf Coast Medical on Spring Hill Dr. is the worst Dr I've ever had. He yelled at me and said if I didn't bring my sugar down he'd no longer be my Dr. Sited something about his paycheck. Also used the "F" bomb. I was so shocked. I FIRED him... seriously!! We now go to Dr. William Young in Spring Hill.

The front receptionist is rude as heck!! I asked her a question and she wouldn’t answer me until I signed into the kiosk and when I asked her again, she was short with me and rude again. With how many medical offices there are in Spring Hill, I’d definitely go elsewhere.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I saw Dr Nicholas and I use that term loosely, two days ago. I am still waiting for my prescription to be called in. Sometimes they say it's been called in, others times they say they sent message to Dr. Apparently they don't care if you get the medication you need. I am going to see about filing a malpractice suit.

NICHOLAS D STROBE at GULF COAST MEDICAL told me my lab results were perfect! Only to find out they were not! Ended up changing doctors and having the labs reviewed correctly. This level of incompetence is unacceptable in the medical profession you are messing with someones health and wellbeing. I would give you 0 stars if it was an option.

Receptionist is insanely rude. Kids took my last face mask for school, so since I didn’t have one they refused medical care. Over a mask. I asked if they had any (like most places do) for people who don’t have one, so I could be seen. The lady said no and just stared at me. So I was forced to cancel my appointment. Post partum depression isn’t as important as a face mask.
