Im giving two stars becauze they are the cheapest around hands down. However i would give negative stars if I could on customwr service and timeliness. They NEVER return calls and when you call and say you dont want a call back because they NEVER return your calls they apologize and say they will make sure someone calls you back and then proceed to fail to do so. I asked for a supervisor and apparently they dont have one in this office. Have been trying to get a quote on adding a new vehicle and adding a driver to the policy for a week now. This office is single handedly holding everything up. If you can physically go in the office everything is great and runs smooth. Due to circumstances I cannot do so and basically am SOL because of it. And this isnt the first time or issue with this had the same problems last time we added a vehicle and i allowed them to talk me out of leaving then and here we are AGAIN. Its not just one agent either had these isshes with Cindy and Christine. I will be sticking with my insurance company but finding another office to handle my policy ASAP.
