I am so glad I found America's Family Doctors walk in clinic in Spring Hill. As a new patient the check in and payment process was fast and easy. Jeffie Cherry, FNP-C, was awesome and took the time to conduct a thorough exam. I recommend anyone in the area looking for a great clinic for their family give her a try.

i WOULD GIVE JEFFIE A 5 STAR RATING, BUT SHE SENT ME TO HAVE AN XRAY AT IMAGING CENTER WHO WAS CLOSED. I RETURNED TO IMAGING CENTER TODAY, TO HAVE THE XRAY, AND THEY KEPT ME THERE FOR A HOUR TRYING TO GET AFD TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I FINALLY CALLED AFD MYSELF TO FIND THEY HAD ONLY OPENED FOR 3 HOURS TODAY, KNOWING I WAS TO GO BACK FOR XRAY. THE REASON THEY CALLED WAS BECAUSE THE ORDERS SENT BY JEFFIE HAD NO ITEMS CHECKED OFF FOR THEM TO DO THE XRAY...JUST A BLANK FORM WITH HER SIGNATURE. THUS I JUST WANT PUT A RATING ON THIS FORM
