Will was an AMAZING Agent whom I felt honored to get to know today professionally. He responded to my request for or Insurance Quotes on all my Insurance Policies promptly, very professional, and was willing to go above and beyond to take care of all my needs. Will was friendly and easy to talk to. He spent more time explaining both my Homeowner's and Auto Insurance today than I'd had explained to me in forty years!!!! He also was able to find me the MOST COVERAGE with the LOWEST DEDUCTIBLES, for both policies less expensive than another major competitor had with ONLY HOMEOWNERS! Talk about going above and beyond. Like the commercial says \like a good neighbor State Farm is there\. Josh Hazelwood truly is there for you. Moved my home, auto and life policy to Josh in 8/2020, then today my whole family and I broke down in Chattanooga on a day outing. Called road side assistance for a tow, but 6 of us need a ride back to Smyrna. We called Josh at the office seeing if he could direct us to get a rental car one way back to Smyrna but no Josh said he would drive and pick us up. We where 2 hours away and in 2 hours Josh was there and picked us up and drove us home. I don't know what we would have done if it hadn't been for Josh. My family and I can't thank him enough for his help. I will be a life long customer and now have more than an insurance agent I have a great friend. Please call Josh and his great staff for all your insurance needs because Josh is more than a agent he is a great friend and truly cares about all his customers.
