I have been here 2 times. The first time my hair came out mediocre. I did not love it, but also did not hate it. I decided to give them another try, with a different stylist because the last one no longer worked there. That visit was better. I call back last week to get another appointment- hoping to go back to the same stylist. This salon has no consistency. The stylists never stay & and one stylist that is always there is constantly booked, for months out. Anyways, I called them, and the lady on the phone took my information down and assured me a stylist would call me back. Well I haven’t heard anything from anyone at this salon. It sucks because this salon has potential to be great- but is not because of how it is ran. I refer a lot of people to this salon, so to be dismissed as such is not okay. This business needs to reevaluate how they operate. If you go once, be prepared that the stylist won’t be there the next time.

This was my first time here and I had a very positive experience. The owner is very pleasant and very caring. Alina cut my hair and also highlighted it and did a wonderful job. The facility is very clean I felt very safe from covid and it's asked I would recommend this place to anyone.

UPDATE:::: ANNA THE OWNER IS AMAZING AND SO SWEET SHE FIXED MY PROBLEM WITHOUT HESITATION today DUE TO FROM THE OTHER STYLIST THATS NO LONGER THERE IVE SEEN ANA WORK AT FIRST HAND AND CANT WAIT TILL SHE FIXES MY HAIR I LOVE THAT SHE THRIVES ON MAKING HER COSTOMERS HAPPY I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANA

I was terrified to get a trim since my last bad experience at another salon years ago but Taylor gave me hope again. She talked me through it, made me feel absolutely comfortable and trimmed my hair just right along with a nice blowout. The Paul Mitchell hair products used on my hair, feel and smell amazing. Thanks for making my hair healthy again!
