The staff is wonderful and helpful. Whether it's on the phone or in person, the staff is willing to assist you even if you don't have a clue as to what you're talking about . I like the fact that they remember your concerns and learn your name which makes you want to continue to visit. Great job!!!!!

We purchased a new heater for our inground hot tub from Leslie's and have had nothing but problems. We purchased the heater in Feb of this year. The jets on our hot tub weren't working after install. Called Leslie's back out. They said it had nothing to do with their install and charged a 300 service fee. We had numerous pool contractors, pool servicers and a leak detection company out to find out what the issue with the jets was. I finally went back to the warranty company on the heater. They sent out a another company. He said ultimately we were sold a unit not strong enough to power our jets. We had to add another bypass valve to get the jets to work and now 4 out of 6 jets work. 6 months of aggravation for this. Never again will I use them for pool equipment. You're better off going to an HVAC contractor that specializes in pool/hot tub heaters.

Huge RIPOFF. My pool motor broke so they sent a guy to check it out. I was told my pump was old so they had to order special parts to fix it - I was quoted 560. I was then given the option to replace the pool pump entirely with a “Jacuzzi” brand setup (they exclusively sell Jacuzzi) for which I was quoted 700 which included a 20% discount which supposedly would expire in the next 24 hours. On top of that I was told I would need to wait at least a week before they could even do the job. And if I went with the Jacuzzi system I would’ve had to give my CC info to pre-pay for the equipment. Needless to say I went with Pool Medic in Hudson and they replaced the motor the next day for 375 total, without having to pre-pay for anything.
The store manager Wayne has been nothing but phenomenal. As first time pool owners we had tons of questions and Wayne took his time helping us. Our questions ranged from automation to vacuums to pool brushes. It's always great to have a knowledgeable person like himself to be there when you have questions. He's patient and doesn't make you feel dumb for asking something. This is definitely our new go-to pool store. The prices are great too!
The guys here were helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this store for all my pool needs!
I asked Wayne the owner to come over and assess my pool before I bought it. Not only did he show up on a Saturday after he closed his shop, he spent an hour with me consulting on concerns I had, I will be his customer due to his prompt and courteous service,thanks Wayne
I've been looking for a pool maintenance supplier that I can trust, and the local Pinch-A-Penny just wasn't cutting it. They were always pushy and didn't give any good advice when it came to maintaining my pool. I'm so glad I called Leslie's. Wayne came out to my house and gave me some great tips, offered some supplies but wasn't pushy, and was just very willing to help in general, for a price that you just can't beat. I finally found the pool supplier I've been looking for! A big thanks to Wayne and Leslie's Pool Supplies!
