Horrible experience! German Cockroaches everywhere!! Front desk denied the complaint. Even when I showed them video!!! So glad we left the lights off when we went to dinner. We came back and found roaches all over a wrapper. Run far and fast!!!

Website indicates free breakfast..at 8 a.m., no breakfast available. Desk clerk said the supply truck has not shown up. Breakfast provided yesterday was instant grits and oranges. The manager should contact the owner and take a trip to the grocery store if they can't depend on the supply truck. You have families with children staying at the hotel anassuming breakfast items will be provided. We've been staying here once every couple of months for the past year. We will never stay here again. Also, the clientele has become extremely unsavory. Charge a higher price to provide a better environment. We stepped into the elevator and could barely breathe because of the strong smell of weed.

The Bad: Paper thin walls. The neighbors were celebrating Valentine's day and we could hear it well. The above neighbor must have had lead feet, since we were pretty sure they were coming through the ceiling a few times. The safe didn't work and while we asked for it to be fixed on the first night, it never was. (No other rooms were available.) Finally, the "Micro" in the name was dead on. Four people can sleep in the room, but there was only one chair, one nightstand, and a bench immediately next to one of the beds, so it was really tight as soon as we were up and trying to get dressed around each other. Also not enough outlets in good locations- three adults with cpaps but only outlets in the middle of the two beds. The Good: super clean. I didn't even feel gross walking barefoot on the carpet, it was so clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Coffee and such available in the lobby which was great. They had breakfast but we never tried it. Great location for what we needed, and despite being off a main road, traffic wasn't bad. Good beds. I don't think we will be staying there again, even if it's just two of us next time, just because of the thin walls

Our stay here was good. Clean, comfortable. Didn't like the 50.00 security fee added on at check in time. We weren't told about it when we phoned in our reservation. Otherwise, everything was good.

This was our first time staying at a Microtel. It won't be our last. We found the property located in a good area of town, central to our needs, well lighted, and in good shape. It's clear the franchise owner takes pride in ownership. Our room was clean, spacious, AND quiet. Staff were helpful, friendly, and correctly wearing masks. Common areas, lobby and hallways were clean. We took note of staff disinfecting during our visit. Very good value. Great location for a base to visit Florida State Parks, Homosassa Springs, Crystal River, and other wildlife refuges in the area.

Website states free breakfast..it is now a grab and go that consisted of instant oatmeal and an orange. These items are not convenient as a grab and go. We wanted to enjoy the pool, however we were unable to because there were people at the pool that were not guests of the hotel. They were using the one and only table, and 7 of the nine chairs. The desk clerk and the manager are oblivious to anything that happens at the pool. The manager said the other table and some of the chairs were previously damaged, The condition of the pool has been the same for the past month . We stayed here in March. The service and condition of this hotel has declined over the past few months . We will not stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. I will always keep this hotel on my list of places to stay. The employees were helpful, polite, and efficient. They answered my questions and ensured we had everything we needed. Price point wasn't too bad for two queen beds. Rooms were clean and maintained. Breakfast was well done considering COVID--grab and go bags with the usual continental breakfast and pretty much what you want.
