Really great place!! The staff was super nice and everyone was chill. I walked in on a busy Monday and even though they had other people in front of me who scheduled an appointment, and still was able to get my car fixed up. Great place, you don’t find many people like these anymore!

The worst experience I’ve had EVER getting my vehicle repaired! We brought my car in for a steering issue since they quoted us cheaper than Ford. We brought it in on a Thursday and it was done that Saturday. However, my car did not register the part that they put in my vehicle so I was told to bring it in that Wednesday so they could put a Ford part in, at no charge. Well, Wednesday morning we drop my car off and leave the key and information in their drop box (I was told to do so if it was before they opened). 3:00 rolls around that day and I hadn’t heard from them so I called and nobody new my car was even there. Didn’t know why it was there. Turns out nobody ordered the right part yet! So, I picked up my car that day and was told it was being ordered and they would call me when it was in. 2 weeks later it still has not been fixed and nobody ever called me. I had to keep calling. I finally got a hold of Jo ( the manager) on a Thursday and brought my car in Friday. That Saturday at 5:00 i called since nobody called me to let me know my vehicle was done. Turns out it was done. Went to pick it up and my vehicle didn’t start! The guy immediately said it was my key fob without even going in my vehicle to see what it was doing. A hour later they get the battery in my key changed out and it didn’t not fix the problem. I was told they would have to figure it out the next day since they were closing. Mind you my husband dropped me off. I had to ask the man 3 times to try jumping my vehicle because my husband had to come pick me up. Turns out, I waited a hour for them to realize it was my battery that was dead! This is the place I always take my vehicle but their customer service and service all together has gone down hill. I will never take my vehicle here and do not suggest anyone else.

Good prices!!! customer service not so good took almost 2 1/2 hours to put 4 tires on and balance them at home in my garage I rotated my tires in 20 minutes

Very efficient and lightning fast fast service A. Got there around 3:30 needed a fast tire replacement for the car. They were able to schedule us and do some speedy work in like 30min they were done. Amazing service.

At first me and my Boyfriend were very reluctant Of taking my car here . You say Pep Boys and you automatically just think tires and oil change. Well here's my story my boyfriend took my battery out of my car and put it in his car he put my battery back in my car and every dummy light on my Dash came on, i lost power to my Windows radio wipers my car was stuck in limp mode and wouldnt go over 30mpr and so much more . We called and searched around looked up the codes that it was popping out now mind you absolutely nothing was wrong with my car before he took out the battery. All the codes kept saying saying that there was a communication shortage and Every place we called and took it to said that I needed to take my car to a dodge to have it placed on a special scanner (120) then if it was what the codes were popping out that I would need to have a new module put in then have it programmed to my car (700-900) . so my BF called pep boys to see what they said .figured whats the worst they can tell us. Well I'm so happy we went there. The service manager JOSE LUTIN personally started working on my car and just when he told us the same thing everyone else told us he said wait let me try one more thing about 15 minutes later he came back to us and said he may have fixed the problem and let me tell you he did. My bf and jose both checked the fuses and they also took them out and didnt see anything wrong but jose searched and searched and found the 2 fuses that had blown . He didn't charge us to run a Diagnostics nor did he charge the labor even after spendong almost 2 hours on it. My total bill was 99.14 but after discounts that he had given we walked out paying for just the parts 24.64 i literally told him i could kiss him. Hopefully I wont have to take my car back to have anymore repairs but if I do I will be taking it to PEP BOYS !!
