joel is very professional , he has taken care of our pool for years and we have been very happy with how clean the pool has been. Always crystal clear! Anytime i have had problems with my equipment he always let me know what was wrong and did what needed to be done to get it right.
Joel did a great job replacing my old pool equipment with new. He was professional and prompt, had fair prices, and made the whole experience pleasant. He thought about my needs and made some good recommendations that I hadn't thought about. Once the job was complete he thoroughly reviewed what he did and also how to get the most out of my new equipment, for energy savings and just long term satisfaction. Joel serviced our pool for 8 years. He is technically excellent and understands how to maintain equipment with saving the customer money. I cannot think of a time I called on him that he was tardy for an appointment and was always quick to respond. I have never had a better vendor for any home service. Great fellow with integrity. Our pool equipment was over 10 years old and in need of a \tune up.\ After replacing the pool liner we wanted a company to service it and were referred to Pool Defenders.
