I lived here for about 6 months, I ended up leaving because I was moving to be closer to my work, but it was truly a pleasure living here. The leasing office is timely and always respectful, and they truly strive to help you out in every way they can. The electric bills tend to be a bit on the higher side, most of my windows were pretty drafty, but this apartment was very affordable for the size and quality. I believe this apartment to be the best value in Spring Hill. They are in the process of planning to build a new dog park, and the complex is very pet friendly! My kitchen was huge, and I never found that noise carried between the units walls. I never had bugs or pests as an issue, even in the summer months. If you are looking for a spacious and high quality apartment to live in for a very reasonable price, I highly recommend these to you!

Renter Beware!!!! All the reviews about towing your vehicle are spot on. This is my mothers car visiting for the weekend. After 2 days a tow sticker. If you zoom in it reads car not in acceptable condition. I made a grave mistake in coming here. THERE ARE OVER 20 OPEN PARKING SPOTS AROUND ME! Why does the sticker say \vehicle not in acceptable condition\? It ran two days ago? It runs today? Tags are up to date. What's the problem? They were only here for 2 days and you put a tow sticker on their car? I uploaded a picture for proof. Don't rent here. I specifically asked about this when I signed my contract and was assured it wouldn't be a problem. If you are thinking about moving here I strongly suggest you drive around and look at all the towing stickers they have on vehicles. All the people in my building have been real nice to me, but made me aware of how they treat their residents. After writing this I'll probably be blacklisted and have my vehicle towed immediately.

Just moved in recently, area is lovely and management is extremely nice and respectful. Only issue is it seems they only have one maintenance man for the whole complex. On move in date my dryer was broken and some lights were out. He attempted to promptly fix the dryer (days after request was submitted). After he “fixed it” which was a two day process for one part, it broke the exact same way days later. I’ve lived here two ish weeks now and my dryer has worked for only a few days out of the 15/16. All my clothes are dirty, towels, blankets, everything. They have attempted to make no compensation for it, and just say they “understand the frustration”. *NOTE* Courtney and Taylor from the office are wonderful, they’ve both been extremely nice and understanding of any issues ive had. Its just issues with maintenance not seeming to care a whole lot, leaving a mess when they leave. Whoever is in charge of hiring, needs to get a CREW and not just one guy. Its ridiculous to assume one man can do everything.

My kids and I just moved in to our new apartment this month. I'm very happy with the area and the complex is beautiful and quiet. My experience with Taylor has been very kind and professional. We're so excited to be calling this home now. Thanks Port Royal at Spring Hill!!

One front office lady is a witch and won't help you at all and if you have any kind of service request it takes your entire lease before they get to it. There's damages in the place before you move in and they do nothing about trying to help fix what's wrong and if you push to get it fixed then it's intruding their time. I've lived here twice and had nothing but bad problems save your money and lease somewhere else.
