Needed the screen on my old iPhone replaced and after researching the area, I figured this shop would be the best based on reviews and that OEM parts are used. The service was fast, fairly priced, and courteous. If and when the need arises again for repair work on any of my devices, this will be my go-to place (even with the 30 minute drive from my house). Highly recommend!

I have to tell everyone a little secret here, you ever go to Subway and they give you a smirk about adding that extra extra lettuce on it? Well in a weird metaphorical and ironic way Joseph won't give you that smirk when you ask him to dust out the charging port from years of compressing gunk and junk due to pocket lint, that was free of service on top of the screen repair I paid for, and man I have to tell you he's one cool dude, more than happy to add that extra lettuce on top without any sarcastic smirk, great man, thanks again!

My iPhone 10 rebooted and would not turn back on. It was 15 months old and not under Apple support. Apple said to take it to BestBuy who quoted me more than my buy out. A friend said to try Promobile and I'm happy I did. In just 15 minutes Joseph had it figured out and 10 minutes later my phone was working again! I would recommend Promobile to anyone! Fast, knowledgeable, and super friendly service!!!
