When looking for the newly introduced iPhone model, I was repeatedly told by Verizon and AT&T that I would have to put down a sizable deposit just to get on the waiting list that was about 6-8 weeks long. While walking past this Radio Shack, I saw that they sold iPhones. I popped in and talked with the manager. I told him the specs of the two phones I wanted to buy. He checked his inventory and had one on hand. The second he secured at a nearby store, and had delivered the next day without the need of any deposit. The manager was able to quickly activate the phones and get them hooked into my account. The process was extremely smooth and without any of the pressure from a cell phone store. I'll be buying my next iPhone from this Radio Shack.

I just recently brought in an IPod touch to have the screen fixed and replaced. They have this "We fix it" promo sign and "techs" available to fix cracked or broken screens. Not only did something that was suppose to take 3-4 hours to complete took 24 hours, but my IPod's functions were so out-of-wake it was taking photos on its own, constantly shutting itself on and off, wouldn't let me access anything on my IPod, and the grand "prize" the screen popped right out as soon as I got home. Completely stopping all functions with in the IPod itself. I lost ALL of my music, photos, videos, VERY important items that are irreplaceable. The service rep said they got in touch will all possible techs in the area and surrounding areas and to no avail not one "tech" can find out the issue with why it was doing that. So, to not cause a scene I just paid for the services, tried removing everything I could but couldn't and now I basically paid for a non-functional, non-working IPod that worked perfectly fine before I brought it in to have a screen replace. I would not recommend anyone to go there for anything that needs to be replaced or fixed.
This is the BEST store to go to if your looking for a great deal & wonderful costumer service these staff are so nice & they help you out more than best buy would all the deals are beneficial you'll be satisfied by the time you leave the store!
