These guys are great. I brought my truck in a few months ago and not only did they provide excellent service to my truck at a very reasonable price, but they also follow up to make sure everything is still good. Customer service like that is rare these days. I highly recommend them.

I took my Diesel pusher for tag axle and some other work...first they came out to give an estimate....very knowledgeable about the RV. Staff communication with the customer was superb....work was completed on time and the coach rolls down the road almost like brand new. Highly recommended....

Highly impressed!!! A few Sunday's ago my Class A diesel pusher and I were broke down in Homassassa. Good Sam Roadside sent a mobile mechanic out of Clearwater and was unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Now I need to tow it somewhere, but where. I had Sunday night to search the web and RDI had many great reviews. Monday morning I started to learn why. I called the shop at 0630 to leave a message since they open at 0800 and much to my suprise Joe answered the phone. He sounded very knowlegable about my issue and said they'd be happy to look at it. I had Good Sam contact a service and we towed it to RDI. I got an estimate right up front about a couple services I wanted done while it was there. They emailed then followed immediately with a call every step of the way letting me know what they found and what the cost would be. Then they allowed me to authorize so they could order parts and proceed. The work was done professionally and promptly. When I picked up the coach I had to put the rock gaurd and tow bar back on that the towing company removed. Ryan, the owner, saw me and came out of the shop and helped me. Then he sent me a text the next day to ask if I had made it home OK and were the repairs satisfactory. I live an hour and a half away but I'll take all my diesel service and repairs to them from now on. These guys could teach buisness ethics!! Thanks again Ryan, Joe , and the entire RDI team.
