We chose Seggie Custom Builders to do major remodeling of the home we purchased in Spring Hill, FL. Our decision to use John Seggie was based on a recommendation by a family member. This has turned out to be a great decision! Our project included major changes with new designs and remodeling of our kitchen, master bath, and guest bathroom. New flooring, lighting, cabinets, and fixtures were installed. This was all accomplished in FL while we were in living in upstate NY. Obviously, good communication was a necessity. We were in contact with John Seggie several times a week for 15 minute updates and the opportunity to include new features and address issues in remodeling an existing structure. John sent us pictures and text messages on a regular basis. Good communication was a major factor in coordinating this project long distance! On a couple occasions we were able to visit the home and meet the workers. They were all skilled, friendly and responsive to our questions. Finally, John presented us with a detailed print out of the entire project before beginning work. He stayed within his budget and only requested payments as work was completed. From our experience in building/remodeling several homes in the past, this by far has been our best experience. We highly recommend Seggie Custom Builders.
