Great service at this location. The employees here are always very polite and kind. This location is easily noticeable from Highway 31, sitting in front of Home Depot. If you need an MRI completed in this area, this is great clinic to visit. Your visit is typically 30 minutes to an hour. Your MRI is typically read and sent to your doctor within 48 hours.
Was told to arrive at 12:30 to start drinking barium for test. Watched as they gave others drinks that arrived well after me. Almost an hour after my arrival I’m called to the counter and told drink this and we will do your test at 3. I told them I was scheduled for 2:30. She said we just authorized it so you have to wait! No sorry, no explanation just whatever take this and you don’t have to stay here to drink it! It’s so frustrating you arrive on time, feel awful and haven’t eaten since midnight BUT it’s your fault they waited to approve leaving you to sit in the waiting room for over an hour during COVID! Also annoyed that after waiting a hour in the waiting room I’m told to leave to drink for a test! Maybe they could have given it to me when I arrived!!!
The staff is very unfriendly. I think it’s already an uncomfortable situation , they need a friendlier team of staff to make people feel comfortable. I have heard a lot of people have the same complaint so I’m unsure how they still have their jobs.
I arrived today for my appt and the doctor had put in the wrong order. Missy worked kindly and quickly to get the order changed and make sure I received the needed screening while I was there! She and Leanne both did a great job making sure I was well cared for and not inconvenienced with a trip back! I would highly recommend these ladies and staff! \u003c3
