I went to this Starbuck and ordered curbside pick up. After waiting 15 minutes and the app saying my order should be ready I see a man order his curbside and have it brought out to him. I then called the store and ask if they received my order. The lady who answered said are you (my name) when I answered yes she said that my order was ready but that she couldn’t bring it out to me. I asked why they did for the gentleman a moment ago and was told that it was a special circumstance. I asked why the curbside feature was turned on if they could bring it out and asked if she would just lay it outside the door so I wouldn’t have to wait an an additional 10 minutes to go through the drive thru and my drinks be getting cold. She asked me to hold and I heard her ask what I assume was a supervisor if she could do that. The supervisor then got on the phone and lied to me and said her curbside was turned off and my order was never received. When I asked how the previous lady knew my name and why she told me it was ready the supervisor said the previous person lied to me and it wasn’t ready. As soon as I got of the phone I check the curbside it was still on but approximately 5 minutes later while trying to figure out how to cancel my order it was then turned off. This was extremely poor customer service by the manager to not take responsibility (what I assume is forgetting to turn the curbside feature for the store off) and lie about not getting the order and it being ready.

Extremely polite. Well staffed, so wait times are low, even during peak hours. Warm atmosphere and friendly feel.

Very good service and wait isn't long. Orders are correct and drink/food taste great!
