I can’t stress enough how fantastic this Home Depot is the rental team especially, Scott, Bob and bill are absolutely fantastic! I can’t stress this enough I had issues with my machine came back to fix it a few times was supposed to be a one day rental turned into 2 days because the equipment wasn’t working right they cut my cost all the way down to 4 hour rental cost and I still got my job done! THIS IS THE BEST RENTAL TEAM IVE EVER BEEN TO!

I highly recommend shopping here. Today 10/10/2020 I was trying to use a no interest if paid in 12 months coupon which expired on November 30,2020. Upon scanning my coupon Jessica informed me that it had expired I asked her to look at it as it clearly said offer valid now through November 30, 2020 she scanned it again, again expired. At this point I told her not to worry about it as I also had a credit card for across the street which had a 5% off deal yea we know who I'm talking about . That would not save me as much as the no interest would have, but I was ok with that. She then informed me that I could call credit services once I got home and they would honor the coupon. To which I informed her that I was not that person and that I would not call after I got home. So she called them and took care of it for me she had also already called someone to help me load and they showed up right as I was finishing up. The loading assistant and I walked out together to load the fence that I had just bought and I didn't remember to thank Jessica for going above and beyond so if anyone in management at the Spring Hill FL Home Depot reads this please tell Jessica at the service desk that I said thank you.

Since there's no place on Home Depot (corporate) to leave a review: Tried to order an E gift card for a neighbor. Placed the order, all was fine, then a day later, I get an email that the order can't go through. I tried a second time. Looked good, then a day later, email that it didn't go. Email told me to call a phone number for details, and I did. Service person on the phone looked everything up, and told me she could not tell me why my order did not go through, and that I would have to email customer service to find out. She could not transfer me higher up, I had to email another group, and she couldn't tell me why. I emailed the other group, twice, and after two weeks, never heard back from them. They never responded. Home Depot: if you want to sell things and make money, you might want to look into why the company you hire to manage your E gift card program can't process them, can't answer questions about issues with them, and won't respond to people with money trying to give it to you. After two weeks with nothing from Home Depot, I went online to Tractor Supply, and in two minutes, my neighbor had his E-gift card. Simple, easy.
