Had a appointment at 10 a.m. for highlights and under neith color. Walked out with wet hair at 3:30 p.m. due to having to get my child from school. The stylist that put highlights in my hair admitted to breakage from using the bleach (yes I have broke hair around my head) and roots still showing clear as day. Low lights out on blonde hair weren't pulled through all the way dark strands with blonde ends. Paid 320 before tip and when I got home and dried my hair I was in tears. The breakage,the brass, and the uneven low light strands. I was a mess. Asked for half of my money back as I didn't want them to fix my hair like they wanted (why let someone fix something they should of did right the first time)? The trust is gone. I just wanted half my money back so I could invest in another salon to help me once my hair is able to be touched again with products ( which could be months). Take your money and time somewhere else. Also no face mask worn by the owner of the salon and no cleaning in between clients. All around not satisfied.
