I am a professional man running a successful business . I am not a cranky old man . I had surgery over a week ago 4/16. I repeatedly have called after surgery to express how much pain I am in , in fact when I stand the pain is unbearable . I had a ultra sound Fri 4/23 thinking perhaps the area operated on got infected . I was assured that was not the case . I have asked several times to have the doctor call me but no call has come . I do not understand how you could allow this surgery without warning me of the possible terrible pain afterward . Yes , I did work during the last week which involved sitting in the car visiting customers . I did miss a ultrasound appt 4/20 . I have called the office a few time in the last week and found all the staff wanted to do is argue with me about setting an appointment . The staff has no empathy at all ! They forgot what that means . On 4/23 after arguing with me I was finally given an emergency appt . Afterwards I asked to have the Doctor call me . During that appt I was told to call 911 . How could I call 911 when there are no visible signs of what’s causing my pain . When I sit there is minimal pain . Once I stand within a minute I have unbearable pain in my upper right leg . It does not seem to be getting better . I’m taking 50 mgs of Tramadol for the pain which helps marginally . I have never in my life had such pain from a surgery and been so ignored by a group of doctors and the entire staff . Perhaps there’s nothing you can do but wait for this to heal ! I have no idea !!! I wonder if Dr Care has any idea of what’s truly going on in his business .

The Vein is Vascular institute is the best. All the staff are great. Dr Brandt Jones is awesome. And I always look forward to have a ultrasound done with Becky she rocks.. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am always well taken care of,

I absolutely love this office, the staff is so amazing and Dr Bunnell is the sweetest, she is compassionate and understanding. I also seen Dr Valentine and she was amazing as well. My ultrasound tech is such a sweetheart. They all make you feel comfortable and safe under their care! I have already recommended my parents to come here! ️

I've been using this office for a long time! I started with their sister company Spring hill hormone therapy and weight loss and then came here since I was able to have Dr. Valentine and Steve on this side as well. They are such a caring compassionate team and I couldn't say high enough things! Thank you for helping me in so many areas!

All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and possess excellent listening skills. I am able to explain all of my symptoms, concerns, questions to Becky, James, and Steve whom all have my best interest at heart. Dr Valentin explained my procedure in detail and after my first visit I had total trust in her medical practice.

On Oct. 15, 2020 I had an appointment for an Ultra Sound of the veins in both legs, at the Spring Hill office, which was ordered by Dr. Goldbach (same office). I didn't wait more than 2 minutes. Becky directed me to exam room. She was friendly, yet professional, and I felt very comfortable with how she performed the testing.
