This place is fantastic,I placed an order online and there was an issue with the order , nothing to do with the store but they had to add sales tax to my order , not a huge deal but it was handled very professionally and within a very short time . A very special thanks to Abby for all the help in resolving the issue and getting my order out in a matter of hours. Next time I'm up in springhill I'll make it a point to stop in and visit the store. Can't say enough good things about this place .

Be very careful, you could buy items and never receive them, no refund or reasonable explanation provided. The shipping policy indicates that once the item is out it is not their responsibility. Check the shipping policy on their website before you buy. Reply to the owner's response: Based on shipping tracking number, the package did not leave Florida, which is the location of your store, so it has nothing to do with international shipping!!! I still expect a refund, and I hope that all buyers report any similar activities to warn others. Thank you.

Tobacco Pipes is an awesome place! I just received the Plum Pudding and being a bourbon drinker this is a great smoke! And also received the 4th Generation Peaty Kentucky. Looking forward to that one since I also like the peaty taste of Laphroaig 10 single malt scotch! Thank you Tobacco Pipes!
A five star first impression. First time doing business with this company. Fast shipping, recieved my package within a week from ordering(I live in Hawaii). Friendly, helpful staff. The customer representative was knowledgeable of their products , knew where to find information she needed on her computer , she was very friendly, i ordered 8 different tobaccos and she had no problem setting it all together with each price and a total price. The package came really quick despite all the mail delays. And i received everything i asked for. To some this may seem elementary but in todays day and age this was an unexpected service given me .
