I contacted the office to make an appointment for my son because we normally go to franklin. They didn’t have any availability so i thought i would try the SH office. We ended up making a last minute appointment with Dr Scott instead for the next day. The next morning I woke up to a flat tire. When I called their they rescheduled me for another appointment 2 hrs later. I was extremely impressed. When we got there they were sweet and kind. Dr Scott was patient and didn’t rush us through the visit. The nurse who placed the cast on his arm was extremely lovely and caring. He was upset/crying knowing the limitations this cast would stop him from doing the things he loved. The following week we had to come back for an update. Again, Dr. Smith took his time and made my son feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff are lovely and kind. I would recommend them!

I had to take my husband here for an elbow fracture. He was taken back before I even had time to complete the first sheet of paperwork. By the time I was finished filling out all three sheets of paperwork, the doctor had seen him, taken more x-rays, and diagnosed him and we were walking out. TOP LEVEL of care here.

I went yesterday and saw Dr. Scott for a possible tear in my rotator cuff. The nurse, Brandy, was very upbeat and friendly. Great attitude and quick and thourough with the questions. The xray tech, was also quick to get me back to the machines and very gentle with my painful shoulder. Finally, Dr. Scott... He was really great! Very kind bedside manner, nice smile, and very knowlegable. I was very sore from my injury and he was very careful to be gentle and not push things too far. I would definitely reccomend them!

Was at the office at 7:30 no workers to be found. Set at the office for an hour an still no show the office was open but no workers or Drs.
