Really getting tired of cleaning up trash from my dirty neighbors. There is always water bottles, mask, candy, trash on my side of the building. I just recently had to put in a report about cigarettes on my patio. I pay a descent amount of money to live here.. so I guess I have higher standards that they would keep their grounds well kept or at least attempt to have maintenance come around and pick up here and there. More importantly send a memo out to folks to try keep grounds clean. Beautiful apartments but I can’t say it’s well kept. *Sigh*

I’ve lived here for about 7 months now. I’ve never had any problems with the staff, in fact I find them to be nice and helpful. My one bedroom apartment is nice! It has everything I need and is affordable. The pool is great, the fitness center is good enough for when you don’t want to drive to a real gym in town. The dog park is good. The only time I’ve gotten in trouble was for leaving my trash in the hallway one night when I had a headache and didn’t have the energy to take it to the compactor. Don’t leave your trash outside. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience with Worthington Glen.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! At move in the apartment was beyond disgusting it took me over 3 hours to get it clean. When we filled out a maintenance request they only fixed half the things that needed to be done. The door to our child’s room was missing screws and a pin they never fixed. Management doesn’t care about anything and are very hard to deal with. I have lived in many apartments this was the absolute worst!! Do Not Lease Here!

Apartment was nasty when we moved in. Maintenance doesn’t fix everything that you ask them to. Management is rude and doesn’t care about their residents. They don’t teach you about the locks but expect you to you all about them. When you ask they get rude and aggravated. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Keep looking and don’t lease here!!

I visited this property in hopes to find an apartment closer to my place of work. After 5 minutes of talking to the lady in the front I was mortified. The employee that sits in the office to the right was YELLING at another employee. Not only that, but, she scoffed at and made fun of someone who just walked out of the office because they had some questions which she seemed annoyed to answer. How unprofessional and RUDE! The apartments looked nice and reasonably priced but I cannot get over that first time experience, thank goodness there are plenty of options around the Spring Hill area.
