STAY AWAY. Any dealership that will sell you a ew\ bike and go to these lengths to hide damage is fraudulent. I hope Honda Corporate shuts these guys down. Now, let me explain why it took almost a year to find this under some paint. I liked the look of the white paint and matte black, so I bought it. I didn't think much of it during the riding season, which was cut short for me due to a mechanical issue that had the bike in the shop for a month and a half, but I digress. While cleaning it today I noticed a different shade right where my knee was rubbing. I used rubbing alcohol to clean the spot and l noticed an entire patched spot on the tank. Great job Track n Trail, you guys suck.

Amazing staff. I brought my bike here for a rear tire replacement because I was irresponsible and was riding nearly on bald. They fixed my issue quickly and were very accommodating despite not having an appointment scheduled. I will not hesitate to return, and will make sure to schedule an appointment next time to make it a little easier on them.

Great place! They recently moved to this new location where they have more room and better access. I buy parts here and have my bikes worked on and they treat me right every time! Everything a bike shop should be. Large selection of most makes and models.

Just know, best dealer anywhere! We drove 6hrs for a new bike because they had it thousands off anyone else's best price, no scam, no bs, no flashy dealership, just great deals and service. Our salesperson Austin had helped us out all week prior to heading up and was even more professional in person. The entire staff from service to the techs made my daughter and I feel very welcomed. While we were there, it started to rain, a lot, and the shop was gracious enough to move some bikes so we could back our trailer in out of the storm. The bike we bought was so new that battery still needed to be setup so instead of making it our issue later on they opened the bike up and installed a new battery ready to go on the spot. Bike started right up and sounded perfect. Couldn't be any better right, nope - they loaded and strapped down the bike in our enclosed trailer for us!! They were some of the coolest guys at a Honda dealership we ever met. Overall, the journey was tough, but we would do it again in a heartbeat to deal with Austin and the team at Track N Trail!
