Have dealt with dock and lift for 4 years from designing dock, selecting lift, misc service needs, and just recently a bigger lift. They’ve been great to deal with and truly take care of the customer. With the limited boating season we have in Minnesota it’s nice to have service handled quickly and reliably. Thank you! 5 STARS!

Had a great experience working with this company. Not having much knowledge on my options walking in, they made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they were patient, thorough, and really listened to my needs. They even gave me a free hat! Definitely recommend them!
In 2017, I spent approximately 17,000 with Dock and Lift to buy a new wood dock and two jet ski lifts for my 74 year old Mother who lives on Lake Minnetonka. Everything was great with the service and products Tim at Dock and Lift delivered in 2017. 2018 has been a completely different story. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with Tim and Dock and Lift. We were patient and understanding at first when he said it would take 4 weeks to put in the dock, even though he said that it wouldn’t be that long. After four weeks I went and nicely visited him in person to inquire when the dock would be put in. Tim personally said that it would be put in during the next week. It is now two weeks later and still no dock. Today Tim said that the only way he would put the dock in was if we replaced all of the metal frame, which does not actually need to be replaced. Needless to say after being jerked around by someone who is supposed be in a service business, and who charges premium prices, we finally decided to fire Dock and Lift. All of my Mom’s neighbors docks have been in for weeks. The only thing you need to know is that my Mother said she was afraid to call and ask for an update because she thought she was going to be yelled at. I would never recommend anyone use Dock and Lift. Their service and way of treating loyal customers is completely unacceptable.
