They came to my house to replace the air conditioner. After arriving at 8am, the workers started getting things ready. By 12pm they decided to take a lunch break. Having not done anything for hours, one of the workers told me they were waiting on a part to be brought to my house. At 3:30pm they began working again, and at 6pm I was told that they need to come back tomorrow to finish the job. I called the supervisor to ask for a clear explanation of why they couldn't finish the job today, and why they stopped abruptly at 6pm while it was still daylight outside. The supervisor explained that they ran into a lot of problems with my house, and the workers would normally stay until 9pm, but one worker was not feeling well. I am now sitting in my house with no air conditioner sweating, and will continue to be uncomfortable and sweaty in the houston summer heat until they decide it is convienent for them to finish. I DO NOT reccomend this company under any circumstances.
