I needed a last minute sitter for the weekend for my 110 lb Mastiff Shepard. The customer service and care for me and my dog was excellent. I was nervous about leaving my dog for the first time and they comforted me and answered all my questions. The place is very clean and affordable. Thank you we will definitely be back.

The girls always take great care of my Bella! She loves her mini vacations at Bark Park!
They don't allow dogs with any pit bull mixed in their breed into the \social\ area. They allowed me to schedule a weekend stay, and only when I called back to confirm did they let me know she would have to stay locked in a private cage ALL DAY. Not only that, but I'd have to pay extra to get just 15 minutes of human interaction. My dog has never been aggressive towards another dog so I asked if I could bring her in for a temperament test to prove that she's friendly, and they wouldn't allow it. Clearly they don't understand dogs if they think that breed is the only factor in a dog's temperament. Very disappointing.
We like Bark Park for boarding our dog. This place is popular and/or small, so you just call in advance to make an appointment for your dog to stay, and give it even more time and the holidays. We tried to do the big dogs gym for our 8 month old puppy, but after the temperament test, they told us the other older dogs that were already there weren't \having it\ with our dog's high energy level. A little bit of a bummer because we felt he was ready for the big dogs gym. This was around Thanksgiving, and we were about to be out of luck because they were full, but one of the outdoor kennels opened up for us, just in time. They said the sleeping area is climate controlled at least. You can pay for up to two playtime's for your dog, per day, a 5 each. They offer many other services that we haven't tried yet. The door to the office is usually locked, but there's a nearby intercom. I believe this is to control every and exit of dogs into the facility. Someone was inside with their dog, and I had to wait to go in, which I do think it's a good idea since two dogs together can be unpredictable.
I love this place so far. The ladies are friendly and very helpful. My boys love them and doesn't get upset when they have to go there.
