Excellent garage door job well done! Bruce the owner and his team are very professional, honest and helpful. Great customer service and the price is reasonable! I got the steel back insulated garage door installed by Bruce in less than 3 hours. He's friendly, on time, did a great job on removing my 17-year-old and damaged garage door, the old hardware and the cracked spring board, installing the beautiful new steel back insulated door (I think it's good for Nyack weather), putting on new trims and spring board all by himself. I love my new garage door, it operates smoothly and quietly. A couple days later my old sensors were malfunctioning, I called and Bruce came the next day to replace them in no time. I will refer Big Apple Garage Doors to my friends, clients and family.
