a good shul, with all the benefits that a shul could have.
Massive shul with minyanim at all hours. It is the main Skverer Bais Medrash so expect them to daven pretty slowly. The people are friendly and welcoming to outsiders as long as you do not do anything which violates their standards of modesty and separation from the outside world. There is plenty of parking In the area. Also in the basement there is a small breakfast kiosk. Shabbos here is a pretty cool experience.
