My Experience with them was extraordinary, I would not use any Hotel, Extended stay Etc. The service was Stellar Performance, From the day i Booked until my end of stay, i had to modify a few times, i was charged to the dime i was quoted for had no interest in using them a first timer i got recommended from a Business colleague in the 500 fortune Business corporate world i would recommend using them and i will definitely be back

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Global Luxury Suites apartments and Churchill Living! Not just their furniture, but their corporate apartments and customer service!! My experience with Global Luxury Suites and Churchill Living was absolutely miserable!!! Over the span of almost 3 months that I regretfully gave them my business, they were ALWAYS ALWAYS rude on the phone (at least 15-20 calls with different people). Reservations, customer service, billing, didn't matter, everyone had an attitude, everyone doesn't care about YOU and everyone didn't wanna be there. We made all our payments on time and even ahead of schedule, yet they threatened us with an eviction and treated us in the worst possible way. Aside from all that, their apartments were in really bad condition. I was at the Reston, Virginia location and we had to change apartments like at least 3 times due to the incorrect apartment size, the dirty bloody stains on the pillows and sheets, broken furniture, missing mattress, scratches and dirty walls/doors, damaged items, etc. Imagine having to deal with rude angry customer service reps after you've already had such a horrible apartment experience! Don't waste your time here, I even escalated this matter up to their regional director, she didn't care much and pretty much told me there was nothing they could do. They don't CARE about their customers or their customers' experience, and that is really unacceptable especially for the money you end up spending (5k-6k a month). I went to a company called Corporate Apartment Specialists after I left here, and it was AMAZING!!! Best thing I ever did!!! Look them up and take your business there, don't waste your time here! I am extremely disappointed at the methods that Global Luxury Suites employs. I reached out to this company via AirBnB to inquire about one of their listings. For some reason, AirBnb processed a 2-month reservation (without my authorization) for over 15500. I immediately reached out to the company for help as soon as this became apparent (within 5 minutes of the transaction occurred). Rather than helping, the company decided to dodge my calls and took advantage of the fact that AirBnb was short staffed and unavailable to help. It's moments like these that show a company's true colors. I am still dealing with the situation and it's been an absolute nightmare.

Booked a two bedroom was put on a one bedroom The only fire alarm start ringing for no reason...with that noise could not stay in the apartment. Called customer service, they check with their management and ask me to disable it. Took 3 hours waiting to get access to the appartement because they don’t have anyone at the property. The pins they provided to the entrance door were wrong. The is no parking In site and for a 23 fee you can park at an Unsafe Public parking. The customer service was rude unprofessional and inexperienced. The count less hours of our life We spent dealing with this BAD business...never getting them back. Sad sad sad. Do not book that place. with them.
