First time I had met the woman doctor, she made fun of me about wearing a mask. After that, I had never wanted to return, but I knew I would have to return for my blood test results. To avoid any Harassment and/ or embarrassment, I scheduled a telemedicine conference over the phone. Found out today the blood test she issued was incorrectly written and never tested for what we need to find out. She didn’t like my questions, I confronted her with. Why treat me with medication but fail to include It in the blood test so we can find the source of my health issue! All prescribed and issued by the same person, in the same Doctor visit with absolutely no lack of communication. It was the whole reason for my visit to begin with, and now I was told by the Doctor it was my fault! You are supposed to help people not Harass and take advantage of them. Poor people have no choice but to go to these around the corner stop and go’s. My experience is, this firm just wants you to keep coming back so they can rack up charges on my health insurance. Treating you a little bit at a time, keeping their door revolving. Shame on you and I’m writing a letter!

The best medical office I have ever been to. I have never been to a kinder office. Their catch phrase \Experienced Healthcare from the heart\ could not be more true.. I am so glad to have found them. Thanks to everyone there for really caring for your patients!
UPDATE! Cory called back. When I explained that I was frustrated with the lack of communication, she had attitude and told me I should've call the front desk. I was TOLD to contact her specifically... But ok. Original Post: I will just say this, if you are having health issues and need a reliable, competent Doctor's office - do not go here. Linda has been a huge disappointment and did not take any of my actual concerns serious. I left a message for Cory, (two days ago) about getting a referral to a specialist... No one has bothered to even return my phone call.
They’re never on time for your appointments and never let you know. I had a stroke the week prior and was supposed to follow up with Linda the next week. I showed up for my appointment and was still waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time. Ill and I couldn’t wait much longer so my husband went to the front desk and they told him that she was in a meeting and it took longer than expected. We seen a drug rep go in earlier. I’ve worked in medical clinics, your patients always come first before drug reps. My husband got angry because no one bothered to tell us and I was really sick. We were asked to leave the clinic. I had another stroke two days later. I thought if Linda would’ve seen me maybe she could’ve seen the signs and got me to the hospital but then I started to think about all the appointments I had with her, she could never answer my medical concerns she was always googling or leaving the room to ask someone for advice. She isn’t capable of taking care of patients.
Kerry's a really nice guy and my health couldn't be in better hands.
