Not helpful what so ever!!! Can't even get ahold of them half the time.

No one will answer the phone to assist us but managed to turn off the water with a letter to call them... when you call it rings and then hangs up on you. How is one suppose to settle their bill when this place isn't accommodating at all and far behind on their technology practices. There isn't even a website. Think i'll contact my Governor and report this place. So happy Dewine is a family friend.
