They were excellent from start to finish. Clear information, warm approach and understanding! It was a LOT of work for my teenaged son and they handled it with grace and compassion. Dr. Crisanti was careful to explain what he was doing and the assistant was wonderful as well. Through the entire 2 hour appointment - we were never left wondering what was happening in any way. The reception staff were caring and helpful. They are great about managing the Covid guidelines while still creating a welcoming environment. I'd recommend them to anyone. ALSO: their pricing is great. They were the second opinion we got and their pricing for the procedure was THOUSANDS less than the previous quote. Seriously - for what is a tough process (multiple root canals) - they made it as 'painless' (as much as anyone can) as possible. THANKS to the whole Springborough team!!!

Dr. Lai and his assistant Johnny were amazing! I am very nervous when it comes to dental procedures but the pair navigated my unique anatomy with ease. I was impressed with how gentle he was at administering the local anesthetic. I really recommend this place!

Whole office was kind and well managed. Saw Dr Bogle and after a thorough exam with 3D scan, was excited to be a candidate for a bioceramic root canal. The Dr and assistant were thorough and quite the perfectionists - I liked that as I am a dental hygienist. They explained the procedure well and discussed options for treatment in an accessible way. Would refer my family and friends here and glad I found them!
