Last year, I had some beaver tails made into leather. Searching the internet to find someone to make them into something, I found the Rabuck Handmade Knives and Leather website. I contacted Jason to see if he would be willing to make me a few zen wallets out of beaver tail leather and a leather sheath for a knife. He agreed and the wallets and sheath were very impressive. This year I sent Jason quite a few tanned beaver tails, since I was so impressed with last year's order. He made me a number of beaver tail wallets, a guitar strap with beaver tail leather on one end, a sheath with beaver tail inlay (pictured) and a handbag made from raccoon leather. Every piece he made was absolutely top notch, well-constructed and beyond what I expected. The order was completed in a timely fashion, I was contacted throughout the process due to the uniqueness of some of the items and received works of art. Jason Rabuck is a true artist and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am already thinking about some new leather projects for later this year.
