We go to AR Children’s NW several times a month for specialty appointments, labs, etc. We’ve had to make multiple trips to the ER, have been admitted 3 times, had surgery done, scans performed- you name it, we’ve likely done it here! All that to say, we’ve experienced almost every department at this hospital and have had a great experience overall. My daughter’s specialty providers have been very caring and understanding. We’ve also had some wonderful nurses, both in the specialty clinics and during our inpatient stays. We are very thankful for this hospital and all they continue to do!

My son had CT scan there. Very fast and friendly staff. Also, medical records worked quickly to get results to our doctor. Very clean and kid friendly so it’s not so scary to kids. Lots for them to see and do to take their mind off being sick.

The staff was great every step of the way. We were greeted at the information desk, show were to form the check in line, give guest check in stickers, admitted and shown to the elevators for the third floor. We have been here a total of three times and just recently found out apparently our daughter was not covered even though we we told she was. We paid Copayments as expected and never thought about anything else. Until we just got a bill saying the first visit was 40 plus a 300 for a new patient! 2,000 for a MRI and multiple 200 fees for reading the results! We still don’t know what is wrong with our daughter but cannot afford to come back here! We trusted all was covered since our dr referred us and the ladies at check in advised our insurance was accepted. The people are super great but unfortunately we are one of the patients that are just “business” for them. So while I applaud them for being a Childrens Hospital I advise you to watch your billing nothing is what you are told. We had given 5 stars here and referred friends here now I have to follow up and make sure they are not in the same situation.
