They're very informative. Would like the possibility for deaf individuals to communicate with staff through email since some don't have caption phone or family to assist them.

Even if you sign up for No overdraft on your account there are still multiple ways they can charge you, like paying at the pump, so basically unless you always have alot of money in your account you neeed to be cautious because I overdrafted by pay at the pump by 13 dollars so a couple days later when I deposited money for a credit card payment they took that 13 out from my payment money which caused my payment to bounce and overdraft as well, so in the end my account was charged 49 in overdraft and its not even supposed to have overdraft!

Jury is out on this one. 20 years ago this was like a friendly hometown bank now they seem to be a large bank who treats me as a number and the hometown feel and friendliness seems to have gone by the wayside
