We had a great experience purchasing the furniture. Our rep Kera was very accommodating and made sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The delivery on the other hand was a less desirable experience. Unfortunately the team that delivered lacked customer service and were not knowledgeable on the items they delivered and how it should have been set up.

Shopping at Ashley is always a pleasure. First of all the selection is top notch. Tons of choices, good quality items, and a wide range of prices to choose from. The sales staff lets you know they're there and usually aren't too high pressure. They also are flexible with pricing in that they'll match competitors and they have great financing options. We'll be going back.

I had the most stressful and exhausting experience shopping at Ashely’s Furniture. There are so many furniture store options in the area that I would highly recommend. This store will not answer the phone. Customer care will not answer the phone. The salesman on the floor may provide good service while you are in the store but do no expect any level of service afterwards. At delivery, the delivery team dropped half of my order off in boxes and left. I asked them if they typically take the furniture out of boxes at the least; they said they do not. In all my experience with other furniture stores, the delivery team not only unboxed furniture, but set it up as well as part of the service you pay for. I had cancelled the remaining parts of the order out of frustration with Ashley’s business as a whole. I do not want to go through this experience any further. My salesman is aware of the cancellation. Yet, I have not gotten any communication from the store regarding receiving money back. My lawyer will be in contact with the store from here on out.
