Our local bank is AMAZING. They know me by name and always make me feel like family! But besides amazing customer service they helped my sons school by donating school supplies to us. A bank that plays an active role in the community is a bank im proud to be apart of! Thank you all again.

Bank is open till 6 and they can’t deposit a check for me? And then give me attitude about it like I’m supposed to know their policies with the merger that is going on. Seriously? Y’all have lost my business and I will be banking elsewhere. And to the sorry woman that was at the Bentonville location. I don’t know how you still have a job with how lousy you treat people. Unbelieveable and unprofessional I don’t recommend this bank at all. I should have known better when the branch manager at Springdale left
