Called yesterday ask the price of a bolt a specific Bolt which was a flange head M8 bolts the longest they had. They told me 48 cents each. I went in today and the gentleman I don't know his name told me that it was going to be 2 I'm in a hurry so I don't have time to argue with him so I paid them ask for a receipt and wasn't very friendly. So make sure to do your research before you just go in and hand the money over to them. So now I am ordering bolts on eBay through a company called Redding fasteners. So you might want to watch what they actually charge you.

Horrible customer service. They sent my elderly mother home in tears with a whole bunch of sizes of bolts she did not need. They were not able to understand the simple concept that she needed different lengths of the same thread screw. They also had the arm chair to check the threads. The guy sent her home with not enough of what she needed and 40 worth of other sizes just to be mean. They were being mean or just play stuborn. That's my take on the matter. Anyone who can't help a little old lady find bolts for a patio chair is a real winner. She is 70 years old!

Have used those place for several years for they always treat me with respect and are happy to see me. Their prices are reasonable and the people who work there are knowledgeable and courteous. Cannot actually remember them not having what I was looking for in terms of hardware, tools and cutting fluids, my go to place.
