Former commercial client. DFS are scam artists and con men with terrible customer service. Half their 5star reviews are from friends, family and employees. Shady... Will install a proprietary system that only they are supposedly authorized to work on (even though most their staff isnt certified). Better hope you don't need maintenance afterwards as they charge 105-210 an hr and will milk it until the costs of repairs exceeds the cost of replacement and when you try to speak to the owner or management team about your dissatisfaction they refuse to return calls, refer you to their lawyers or simply hang up. Do yourself and your wallet a huge favor and use brinks or another reliable company as these guys arent it. Kicked to curb and completely replaced fire system for less than they billed us for unfinished repairs.
