These folks are super helpful and very professional. If you need to ship anything via FedEx, this is a great choice. I was very pleased to see that masks are required - and the employees are wearing them (over both their mouths and noses).

We took a package into mail it and they wouldn't take it cuz it had brown wrapping paper on the outside and said if it gets ripped off they wouldn't know where it was going. I thought don't get crazy with it.why does everything going to ca. Cost so much?

Very poor customer service experience. I'm sure the majority of the employees are courteous and helpful, but an individual female employee that assisted me was clearly having a bad morning and was very rude to me while she was processing my package. Everyone has bad days, but in the customer service arena you can't take them out on your customers.

Silent Manufacturing

On 1/27/2021 at 6pm, an employee named Barbara at this location lied and said we weren't allowed to drop off packages that contained ammo or firearms and that we were only allowed to request pickup of these items. This is false information. After asking to speak to a supervisor she wouldn't allow that either.
