I didn't appreciate staff and I found them to be a little aggressive. They woman at the front desk knocked on my room door briefly and had began to enter the room before I could respond. I was up and fully dressed, and didn't even make it several feet across the room before she used her key to enter. I had to push the door against her to close it. Then I reopened it. I HATE WHEN THEY ENTER THE ROOM WITHOUT REASONABLE JUSTIFICATION. I will not return here because of that.

It's a 2 and a half star hotel. The people were friendly at the desk. The room was ok. There was a big dip in the middle of the floor that made it feel like you had to walk up and down a step. It was hazardous. The room was decently cleaned. It was quiet in the hotel. For four people they only had two washcloths so we had to ask for them. The bathroom is incredibly small.

When we received our room, we had been told that it had just been cleaned. There were orange food stains on the bed/pillows and it was fresh because you could see crumbs! Not to mention what the floor looked like on one side of the bed! Didn’t even looked like they bothered cleaning it at all. After calling front desk, the lady did put us in a new room. But wasn’t too apologetic and tried to brush it off on new employees. Our new room smelt very musty, despite being smoke-free. And the bathroom had no trash bag and the toilet paper had not been replaced and was almost empty.

We stayed over a weekend for a wedding recently. The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The proximity to restaurants is good with a Denny’s next door and a Waffle House across the street, along with various fast food options. The hotel is easily accessible being just off of the interstate. We would stay here again. The only thing that would have pushed us to 5 stars is a better breakfast. The options were okay, but some hot food such as eggs and bacon would have put them in line with other offerings in the area.

My family was looking for a hotel to stay at that will allow dogs. My mother had stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites location in Bentonville. She liked that hotel at Bentonville. We reserved the rooms ahead of time at Springdale location. When we arrived, we were not impressed with exterior and interior appearance of the hotel. That hotel was more like 1 or 2 stars hotel. I found hair in the tub and on the wall by the bath tub. Next day we checked out and received an invoices for our stay. They charged over one thousand dollars for one of the room. The error was caught before we left hotel and had it corrected. The charges on the credit card were credited within two days. You can bet we will not stay at Springdale location.

Checked in at 6:00 a.m. Friday morning 3-12-2021 Miles was awesome my check out time was 12:00 p.m. Saturday had front desk calling me Friday waking me up after working 14 hours trying to get rest to work another 14 hours front desk saying I had not checked out interrupted my sleep housekeepers knocking four times on the door and then just walked in interrupted my sleep they really need to get their line of communication open. I could hear dogs barking in other hotel rooms so I would highly suggest if you need to get good rest this is not the hotel. The lady that worked the front desk on Friday 3/12/2021 needs to learn how to read the computer and double check before she's calling rooms and telling people they need to get out. Especially when you're paid up till Saturday check out. And housekeepers might need to learn to read the do not disturb sign on doors and not just barge into people's hotel rooms when they're trying to sleep because they work 14 hours and they have to sleep during the day because the 14 hours that they work is at night. This is what happens when people do not pay attention to their job and do not communicate with each other.

I've enjoyed my stay here. Very clean for a hotel that allows pets and surprisingly, I haven't heard any pet noises. Rooms come with microwave, fridge, large samsung flat screen TV. Beds are fairly comfy, not firm like sleeping on the floor firm. The desk attendants were friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel when visiting.

Miles was so helpful in walking me through the check in process. The room was decent and my pets were accommodated. Overall a good experience
