What a nice place to stay. I was met at the desk by a smiling face, who was very cheerful and courteous. She was very informative about my stay with my big service dog. I talked with two other ladies that were also just as friendly. I did stay in an ADA access room which had everything you need. The rooms have a microwave, fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of soap. There is a coffee bar in the lobby that also has hot water for tea. You can also get drinks, snacks and toiletries right by the front desk.

Not really dirty, but very run down. Doorknob and shower curtain plates coming off. Tiles falling off. Sloppy painting with drips everywhere. Stained sheets and towels. Mattress was very very stained. Elevator would shake and rock. They are in the process of renovating. Lots of dust in the lobby that tracks everywhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go here I mean that too. They have people living in this hotel not a big deal but what is a big deal is my husband got held up at knifepoint by someone that lives there and to top it off we paid for 2 days and stayed an hour tops and they wouldn't give me my money back also I have 2 service animals my husband's and mine and they charged me a pet fee when in the state of ohio service animals are to stay for free. I have been thinking about contacting an attorney about this matter because it's been a week and not one person has contacted me about the situation. So .now I'm going to call an attorney maybe then something will happen or I'll see them in court. Please protect the people you love and don't allow them to stay here

Clean rooms comfortable bed but tv and/or remote were not working.I said something about it and I am still waiting 2 hrs later for the issue to be fixed. Front desk clerk is friendly

Location is great from Hamilton Ohio. Beds were soft. Everything was clean. Only 2 issues, no breakfast so why charge the full price of the room and they asked for my credit card when the week before they did not ask for it.

Place is pretty dated but overall it was a pleasant stay. It was very quiet, customer service was nice and the rooms were decently maintained. Surrounding area looks a little sketchy but we had no problems. Got what we paid for and I am ok with that.
