I came to visit a friend who moved here. It's nice and clean, quiet. Not like the stereotypical mobile home parks you hear about. The trailer home is in pretty great condition.
The landlord is reasonable with visitors but he pays the water and electric and the more people in a unit the more money it costs the landlord so he has a right to say no visitors but if you have family in town he is reasonable
Horrible rude landlord , run down nasty trailer with sinking in floor.
As Long as you pay your rent on time ! The Landlord is flexible! Quite peaceful neighnorhood. I recommend them to people in need of a place to live.
